We are offering 40% production for a full or part-time dental associate position. In addition, for a full-time position, we are offering a $10,000 starting bonus and a $ 2,500-a-year CE fund. Our office performs preventative, restorative, pediatric, surgical, endodontic, prosthodontic, implant restorative, and is set up for nitrous oxide sedation. We are a fully digital office and utilize modern office equipment and supplies. However, the best part of it all is the amazing team that we work with to provide excellent, whole-person care! We are located in an active and growing city hub with many communities within a 30-minute radius. There is an opportunity for country or small-town living with access to outdoor activities including camping, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, and off-roading. Miramichi is a truly beautiful spot with a great community! Drs. Harebottle and Shearer are a husband and wife team. Dr. Harebottle works part-time clinically and is a full-time mom, home school teacher, and active in her church and community. She loves getting outdoors, camping and is always up for an adventure! With a focus on pediatrics, Dr. Harebottle has mastered many areas of dentistry and passion for community service. Having achieved his fellowship with the AGD, and a GPR, Dr. Shearer has mastered many areas of general dentistry and is passionate about providing innovative, preventative-minded, whole-patient care. He has developed an advanced treatment dental care facility where patients can acquire everything they need for the best dental health. Dr. Shearer has pulled back to part-time for health reasons. He manages the office and enjoys personal and business development, investing, gaming, TTRPGs, gardening, AI, technology, innovation, and time with his kids. Both Dr. Shearer and Harebottle encourage camaraderie and mentorship among all team members and look forward to growing together and sharing what they have learned, providing a place for success and impact.
