We are currently seeking a Regional Manager, responsible for the Northeast region of NB to join our already strong team of leaders. This role will be based preferably in Beresford, NB with travel within Northeast NB and Quebec (occasionally). Proven success as a Clinical Manager in the dentistry field (asset), or 10 years+ experience in management and leadership roles Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members A positive and empathetic approach to your customers and your team Operations experience including growing a clinic/group through revenue production, cost control, process improvement, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset Bilingual is a must
