Full job description Job Overview Miramichi Smiles Family Dentistry is seeking a talented full-time Dental Associate to join our dynamic team in the picturesque and growing Miramichi, New Brunswick. Due to increasing demand, expanded service offerings and growth of our practice we are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team . Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth Demonstrate proficiency in oral surgery and prosthodontics (asset) Design bridgework, fit dentures and provide appliances Write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery and other treatments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care strategies. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in dentistry.
