English Start Date 2023/06/30 Other Information Duration: Full-Time Owners: Dr. Kenneth Nowlan (Dalhousie University DDS 2014), Dr. Francesco Princiotta (UWO DDS 2007) Location: Miramichi, New Brunswick Position Summary: We have a full-time associate position available immediately. We are looking to expand our team and help provide high-quality dentistry to our region. Some details about the office: • Recently renovated, 11 operatory practice • We run seven chairs of hygiene full-time, which helps keep the clinic very busy at all times • Office hours are Mon-Fri, 8-5. No evenings, weekends or emergency hours • Mentorship is available and encouraged for new graduates to help transition from a school to clinic environment • Work case selection is based on comfort and experience level. If work is beyond the practitioner’s skillset or if they do not feel comfortable performing a procedure it can be referred intra-office or to a specialist at all times. This is a low-pressure work environment • Most important requirement is good-quality dentistry. Large amounts of production are available, but the primary focus of the clinic is quality over quantity • Can expect a full schedule immediately Compensation: Signing bonus offered! Associates are paid 45% of collections.
